We offer deliveries of punched
details for any use with sizes from several millimeters
up to several meters.
Materials: plates, piece strips or rolled band with width
from 0,2mm up to 12 mm.
The spectrum of punched fitting-out meets all requirements
of different producers. We manufacture different types of
punches, according to any type of operation (cutting down
- piercing, drawing, bending, combined, and sequential),
and according to weight:
- Small (weight up to 800 kg);
- Middle (weight from 800kg up to 4000ęg);
- Large (weight above 4000ęg).
At our disposal we have wide spectrum of the equipment
from small presss (160 kiloNewton) up to large (16000
kiloNewton), including presss of TOLEDO, ERFURT enterprises
and coordinate-revolving press AMADA EM-251NT.
In manufacturing process the automated complexes for automatic
punching from band, guillotine and slitting shears for
plates and rolls cutting are used; we also use sheetbenders
for fast and flexible bending of simple details according
to their configuration.
The wide spectrum of the equipment allows us to manufacture
products of different forms and dimensions. |
